Round Table Strategy · Atlanta, Georgia · A catalogue
There is one thing in your week that eats the week.
You know which one. It is the part of the job you would hand to software tomorrow if the right software existed at your size. Some of it does. 14 products are printed in here and 8 of them are working today.
02 The cost
It is not the hour. It is the residue.
- i
Re-typing what a client already told you is the cheap part. It is an hour, and you can find an hour.
- ii
The expensive part is that it stays in your head until Sunday, and it is the reason the thing you meant to build this year has not started.
- iii
Software is supposed to take that. Most of it is priced for a company with a procurement team, or it is a template that does eleven things and not the one.
So we stopped waiting for somebody to build it at our size.
03 Why these exist
I built the first one because I needed it on a Tuesday.
I run an insurance practice and a small software company inside the same week. Round Table CRM exists because I needed somewhere to put a client conversation before I forgot it, and the CRM I could afford could not hold it. It is the system this company's own book of business runs in today.
Then it kept happening. A way to practise a hard phone call before making it. A budget that answers one question in ten seconds. A way to pass a login code to an assistant without texting it around the room.
That is the whole method and it is not a clever one. Build the thing you needed. Use it in a real business until it stops embarrassing you. Then leave it on the shelf where somebody else can pick it up. Nothing here was built to be sold first.

05 Two ways in
One of them is free, and neither one starts with a call.
You do not have to talk to anybody to find out whether this is any good. That is on purpose. Open something on the shelf tonight, and if it holds up, you already know more about us than a sales call would have told you.

Websites $100 flat · systems priced after we understand it
If the thing eating your week is not on the shelf, that is the conversation. A website is $100 and you see it before you pay for it. Anything larger gets a number only after we know what it is, because a price invented before that is a guess with a dollar sign on it.
06 Colophon
How to write, and what to write.
The easiest way to start is one sentence: the thing in the business that keeps eating the week. Send that to regie@wsbroundtable.com and you will get a straight answer about whether we can help, and whether it is worth building at all.
No is a whole answer
If none of this is for you, close the tab. Nothing here follows you around, there is no sequence waiting, and we would rather have a clean no than a polite maybe.
If you know somebody
If someone you know has the exact problem printed on chapter four, send them the page rather than sending them to us. The catalogue argues better than we do.
Who made this
Round Table Strategy LLC, Atlanta, Georgia. Built and maintained by one solopreneur, Regie Durana, who also uses most of what is in the catalogue. Looking to one day build this out with a small team of like-minded people who want to work on projects like these.
Set in
Fraunces and Spline Sans, on the same cream stock the rest of the site uses. Product marks are the shipped app icons, unretouched.
Also here: notes on what we build, RTS Sites, and wsbroundtable.com, which is the insurance practice this all grew out of.
